When you send the form, we collect the details you give us: your name, contact number, email address, suburb, the service you selected and a description of the problem.
We use this only to pass your request to a garage-door contractor and to follow up on it.
We collect personal information directly from you. We do not buy lists, and we do not add you to marketing databases.
Why we use it
We process your information so that a contractor who covers your area can contact you and quote.
That is the purpose you gave the information for. We do not use it for anything else without asking you first.
If you ask us to stop, we will stop contacting you. We may still need to keep a record of the request for our own records.
How we share it
We share your request with the contractor who will attend, so that they can contact you and quote.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for unrelated marketing.
We may use service providers, such as a website host or an email provider, that process information on our behalf under a contract that requires them to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry only as long as it is needed to handle the request and to meet any legal record-keeping duty.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
You can object to us processing your information, and you can ask us to stop using it for a purpose you did not agree to.

Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, and we limit access to the people who need it to do the work.
No website or email is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive documents such as identity numbers or bank details through the form.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, and only after you allow analytics. It does not identify you personally.
